Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility & Time Frame
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, return requests will no longer be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Not damaged or altered by the customer
- Returned in original packaging
2. Applicable Return & Refund Conditions
Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was shipped
- Product quality issues confirmed by our team
Due to hygiene and food-contact safety standards, used kitchenware items are not eligible for return unless a verified quality issue is confirmed.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team:

- Order number
- Clear product photos (if damaged or defective)
- Description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
If approved, customers may be required to return the item or may receive a replacement depending on the situation.
4. Refund Processing Time, Return Address & Shipping Responsibility
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Address
Return address will be provided after the return request is approved.
Different U.S. warehouse return locations may be used depending on logistics.
Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label
- If the return is due to customer reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval may not be accepted
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost return packages
